Mike McRoberts is the anchor on TV3’s top rating six o’clock news bulletin 3 News as well as presenting and reporting on the channel’s flagship current affairs show '60 Minutes'. He is a polished and sought after MC, combining his journalism skills with his extraordinary anecdotes. In a reporting career spanning more than 20 years Mike is best known for his work in some of the worlds most dangerous places, covering conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon and Gaza. He has also covered some of the world’s biggest natural disasters in China, Pakistan and South East Asia. Mike has won numerous journalism awards, including journalist of the year in 2006. A keen sports follower, Mike has also presented and reported from two Rugby World Cups and the Beijing Olympics. |
